Update v0.16.0.59

Hello everyone.
In this update I added 2 slots for the ship’s special ability. Now you can use, for example, SHIELD and MANEUVER at the same time. The additional ability is accepted at [E].
And also added a free play mode. In this mode, a level is procedurally generated with random enemies, random environment and random configuration of the player’s ship.
