Update v0.19.0

Hi everyone!

I have released a small update:

• Fixed the spawn of Core defenders. This is the first boss.
• Now the current mission and level name are displayed before the battle.
• Now the ship upgrade button blinks if the player has enough stars to buy a new weapon, active or passive skill.

Also, I started working on a prototype of Hover Knights, an incremental scrolling shooter with idle elements. The prototype is currently in development. But you can check out the free web version at https://combat-dices-team.itch.io/hover-knight. Any feedback is welcome.
